The Senior Specialist, Account Based Marketing (ABM) will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth within key identified 1:1 accounts. Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Specialist, Account Based Marketing (ABM) will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth within key identified 1:1 accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to create hyper-personalised marketing campaigns that resonate with specific accounts.
This role contributes to the development of marketing campaigns, targeted programs, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content and/or pipeline development activities.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team and create tailored marketing plans for each account.
- Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, events, and digital advertising.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Develop personalized content and messaging to address the unique needs and pain points of each identified account.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including CoE AMB marketing team, content marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Manage budgets and track ROI for all ABM campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Master’s in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account-based marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful ABM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

- Overall 10+ years of relevant work experience
