Sr. ABM Specialist - PubSec

Overview:

The ABM Senior Specialist plays a vital role in executing our Account-Based Marketing strategy for the Public Sector. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at high-value strategic accounts. The ideal candidate is data-driven, understands ABM principles, has excellent project management skills, and collaborates effectively with sales and marketing teams. Prior experience in public sector marketing is essential to understand its unique challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Support ABM strategy development, identify high-value accounts, develop detailed plans, and align with sales on engagement strategies.
  • Campaign Execution: Implement ABM strategies, create personalized content, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and utilize marketing automation tools.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Track key metrics, analyze data for improvements, report progress, and conduct A/B testing.
  • Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Equip sales teams, facilitate communication, and provide ABM training.
  • Technology & Tools: Proficiency in ABM platforms, evaluate new technologies, and maintain data integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing with ABM focus.
  • 3-5 years in public sector marketing.
  • Proven success in ABM campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles, experience with Marketo and 6sense, excellent project management, analytical skills, and effective communication.
  • Experience in Cybersecurity industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • ABM certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Knowledge of account-based sales development.

The annual OTE range in CA, CO, NY, WA is $107,000—$161,000 USD, inclusive of base and incentives.
