A leading company in conversational AI is seeking an Account Based Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and sales operations. The role involves event coordination, campaign execution, and logistics management, ensuring successful delivery of marketing initiatives. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dynamic Account Based Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing, field, and sales operations, ensuring successful execution of highly targeted events and marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with our Director of Field Marketing and ABM in ensuring proper execution of all campaigns to maximize brand awareness and ROI. This person will be a key player in supporting PolyAI’s marketing activities and field events. This role will focus on event coordination, campaign execution, logistics management, and account strategy. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of virtual and in-person events, while also contributing to marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, extremely organized and detail oriented, able to multitask while working on a variety of events/projects, and comfortable working closely with sales executives. The candidate will be involved in several aspects of event logistics. This includes supporting and enhancing the overall results of event objectives, researching thought leadership opportunities, generating buzz around prospects at events, and coordinating scheduling, servicing, and shipments. Up to 25% of travel might be required.

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary + bonus + equity
