Who we want…

The Production / Project Finance Coordinator will collaborate with our production, operations, and finance teams on project maintenance and financials to ensure projects stay within budget while maintaining target agency profit margins.

This person must manage multiple projects, adapt to changing requirements, and deliver solutions balancing business needs with client obligations.

What you will do…

Budget / Project Management

• Monitor project budgets throughout their lifecycle to ensure proper margins.
• Track costs to date.
• Keep project budgets updated in our project management system, Workbook.
• Oversee client billings and ensure timely payments.
• Weekly cost-to-date monitoring.
• Flag potential overages to CFO & Partners.
• Forecast project revenue monthly and quarterly with finance.
• Ensure timely project closures and follow-up post-delivery.
• Reconcile final budgets with actual costs.
• Report on project close analysis to leadership.
• Provide weekly updates on ongoing and upcoming projects, billing, and purchase orders.

Communication and Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams for accurate financial reporting.
• Hold weekly meetings with Project Managers.
