We are on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing AI to lead the development and refinement of cutting-edge custom AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and various general AI solutions. This role is a key part of our Marketing AI and Automation department, reporting directly to the Director of MarTech & Automation.

As the Head of Marketing AI, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to build and enhance our AI capabilities, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to drive marketing success and operational efficiency. Your innovative approach and strategic mindset will be crucial in shaping the future of our marketing initiatives, ensuring we remain industry leaders.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead the design, development, and refinement of custom Marketing AI models, including LLMs, to enhance marketing strategies and outcomes.
2. Implement methodologies for training, testing, and fine-tuning AI models, ensuring they are optimized for marketing objectives.
3. Develop strategic plans to integrate AI solutions into marketing operations, aligning with business goals.
4. Oversee deployment of Marketing AI initiatives, evaluating their impact on effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Champion the adoption of cutting-edge Marketing AI technologies and foster innovation.
6. Build and mentor a team of AI specialists, guiding them on AI technologies and applications.
7. Serve as a thought leader in AI-driven marketing, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
8. Collaborate with IT, data science, and other units for effective integration and scalability of AI tools.

Who we are looking for

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field, with focus on machine learning and AI.
• Extensive experience in AI model development, especially in building and optimizing LLMs and custom AI solutions for business.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire AI teams to achieve goals.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in applying AI to solve complex marketing challenges, with excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts.
