Job Description:

Cake & Chocolate Factory Ltd is looking for a creative and skilled Pastry Chef / Cake Maker to join our growing team. We specialise in high-quality cakes, pastries, and sweet treats made with care and precision. If you have a passion for baking and love working in a positive and creative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts from scratch.
2. Decorate cakes to a high standard, including custom/bespoke cake designs.
3. Maintain a clean and organised work area.
4. Follow food hygiene and safety standards.
5. Assist in developing new recipes and seasonal products.
6. Manage stock of baking ingredients and supplies.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in baking and cake decoration.
2. Knowledge of pâtisserie techniques is a strong advantage.
3. Creativity and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Food hygiene certification (preferred but not essential).
