We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Pastry Chef to join the pastry brigade at Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, the outstanding three-star Michelin restaurant by Cuisinière Hélène Darroze.
Located in Mayfair, The Connaught blends tradition with contemporary flair. It features bespoke service, a 3,000-piece art collection, the three Michelin-starred Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, London’s only Aman Spa, and more. Jean-Georges at The Connaught offers all-hours gourmet dining, and the Connaught Bar has received prestigious awards for its mixology.
As Head Pastry Chef, you will work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and assist in the daily operations of the Fine Dining Pastry kitchen. You should be passionate about working with the finest ingredients and responsible for creating a range of delicate desserts, petit fours, and other patisserie items. You will supervise and guide the pastry team, including Sous Chefs and Chef de Partie, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
The ideal candidate is a talented individual, an exceptional team player with excellent communication skills, and attentive to detail. You should have previous experience at a similar level within a high-profile hotel or restaurant pastry team.
