Join Our Installations Team as an Installation Supervisor

We are expanding our Installations Team to meet increasing business demands. We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor within the construction industry to supervise and support our team and customers. This role offers excellent progression opportunities within a reputable company.

Location: Based at our Great Yarmouth branch, primarily on customer sites across the UK, with occasional visits to branches.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example, overseeing all site workers, including third parties.
2. Ensure safety protocols, including RAMS, are followed and equipment quality is maintained.
3. Manage health and safety, ensuring safe practices and stopping unsafe acts.
4. Participate in a call-out rota, supporting overtime work for increased pay.

This role requires a safety-critical medical examination.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Promote company values across the UK network.
• Supervise solution/sales projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the Installation Manager on project progress and issues.
• Conduct on-site risk assessments and communicate safety measures.
• Supervise installation activities, including pipework and team management.
• Assist with vehicle loading/unloading, requiring good physical fitness.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

• Understanding of construction site safety.
• Flexibility to work on-site and be part of an on-call rota.
• Valid UK driving license with less than 6 points.

Preferred:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Site Supervision.
• SSSTS, IOSH Managing Safety, forklift license, CSCS gold card, Water Hygiene Card (advantageous).
• Experience in hire or water industry (not essential).
