Purpose of the Job

The Change Lead for Programme Compass will lead the Change Horizontal within the programme’s management structure, shaping and delivering programme-level business change activities in line with the plan and agreed deliverables.

The role involves developing and delivering change aspects within the Finance vertical, including the implementation of Concur, Ariba, and SAP S4Hana, along with associated processes, people, data, and reporting requirements within the Target Operating Models.

The Change Lead will collaborate closely with Finance staff (Product/Proxy Product Owners and SMEs), Project Managers, Internal Communications, HROD, CTO, IT, and our third-party System Integration partner.

They will interact with staff at all levels up to senior management, manage a Change Analyst resource, and report to the Director, Programme Compass.
