You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of transformational initiatives across food, general merchandise, and clothing. Working within the Core Commercial Transformation team, you will lead the adoption of SAP functionality and processes to drive efficiency and a world-class customer experience to support our ambitious targets. The Commercial Transformation Change Lead will be critical in effectively implementing initiatives that integrate, automate, and optimise processes and systems across the Commercial Division. Your responsibilities will include providing expert change management methodologies for multiple initiatives, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement, developing change readiness frameworks, and proactively managing risks and dependencies to deliver initiatives at the desired pace. You will report to a Delivery Lead and collaborate with various departments. With a challenger mindset, you will seek new and improved ways of addressing business challenges and opportunities to drive successful outcomes. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work in an agile manner, adapting to challenges and developing innovative solutions.
You are an experienced professional with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale change initiatives with multiple stakeholders and broad impact. You possess expert knowledge of change management theories and methodologies, SAP expertise, and have strong problem-solving skills and an agile mindset. Your ability to drive transformational initiatives and optimise processes is complemented by exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills, enabling you to build strong relationships at all levels. You can work autonomously, with great attention to detail, prioritisation, and organisational skills.
