Job Overview

The global Branding & Communications team manages branding, marketing, and communication strategies for Millennium and WorldQuant, a leading global quantitative asset management firm. This role offers an organized and enthusiastic candidate the chance to support the Chief Communications Officer and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the team. It provides learning and development opportunities within a dynamic environment, working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Calendar Management: Manage and coordinate executives' calendars across multiple time zones, providing reminders and adjusting schedules as needed.
  2. Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including bookings, itineraries, and necessary documentation.
  3. Expense Management: Prepare and process expense reports efficiently.
  4. Meeting & Event Support: Organize and assist with meetings and events, including logistics and on-site support.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, prepare meeting materials, and assist with presentations.
  6. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform personal assistant tasks and support special projects as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of performance. Experience supporting C-Level executives is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high sense of urgency.
  • Friendly, cooperative, and proactive team player.
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, and other relevant software.
