Job description

We're seeking a proactive, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong PPC expertise and a well-rounded digital skill set to support SEO, website management (WordPress), and analytics (Google Analytics & Search Console). You should thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where testing, learning, and adapting quickly are essential.

The role is within the Growth team, focusing on our NHS practice, GP at hand. It offers an exciting opportunity to shape performance-based marketing activities, contribute to multi-channel campaigns, and enhance digital performance across the funnel.

The role involves acquiring new customers through paid and owned channels, creating campaigns, and managing their end-to-end implementation. A creative mindset and a critical eye for brand guidelines are essential.

While based in the growth team, strong networking skills are required to collaborate across departments for developing content for blogs and social media.

Note: This is a permanent role, working five days a week in the office (Mon-Fri, 9 am to 6 pm) at Drummond Street, Euston.

What You Will Work On:
  1. Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, social media where relevant) to maximize performance and ROI.
  2. Support ongoing SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content recommendations.
  3. Manage website content and updates in WordPress, ensuring strong UX, technical hygiene, and SEO performance.
  4. Monitor, report, and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  5. Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve campaign performance and website conversion rates.
  6. Develop reporting dashboards and insights to inform decision-making.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in digital marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, especially with Google Ads.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insights from data.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and CRO methodologies.
  • Adaptability to changing circumstances and openness to new ideas.
  • Initiative in identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
  • Effective team collaboration skills, respecting diverse perspectives.
  • Support across various marketing projects, including social media, email campaigns, and events.

Desirable:

  • Experience in e-commerce or high-growth industries.
  • Familiarity with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with testing platforms such as VWO.
