Job Title: HR Advisor

We are seeking a HR Advisor to join a leading Property Services company based in West London on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary and Benefits: Up to GBP45,000 plus car allowance and benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a regional expert, providing support across various work streams to Supervisors, Managers, and Senior staff.
2. Assist with employee relation queries.
3. Ensure all casework administration is accurate and maintained in line with GDPR.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a generalist HR advisory role.
• Ideally hold CIPD Membership/Qualification, Level 5.
• Professional, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively.
• Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office, including Excel.
