Youth Support Worker – Term time only

We are seeking a Youth Support Worker to support students at risk of external influences, particularly those who may be drawn into criminal activity outside college, helping them to stay on their programmes and build resilience.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting young people aged 16-25, and preferably personal experience that enables understanding and relating to these young individuals.
