Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:
  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building alliances with developers through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors
  • Building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data entry accuracy
  • Managing property sales from viewing to closing
  • Having at least six months to one year of experience in customer service
  • Exhibiting excellent sales ability
  • Possessing high-level customer service skills
  • Maintaining a good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Having negotiation skills
  • Being tenacious, a self-starter, and driven to succeed
  • Building and nurturing trusted relationships at all levels
