Job Title: Trainee Sales Consultant

Location: Borowash

Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission package

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include:

  • Identifying and maximising business opportunities
  • Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Achieving personal and branch sales targets
  • Introducing new business and building partnerships with developers through active networking
  • Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
  • Building strong internal and external relationships
  • Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data accuracy
  • Managing the sale of a property from viewing to closing
