Job Description

The Residential Property Legal Assistant will be:

• Assisting in post-completion tasks, including HMLR registrations and requisitions.
• Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty returns.
• Communicating with estate agents, lenders, borrowers, and other stakeholders.
• Requesting redemption figures and assisting with the preparation of sale contract packs.
• Ensuring all client files and documents are managed effectively and efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate should be:

• An individual with 1-2 years of experience in residential property law or conveyancing.
• A strong understanding of post-completion tasks, including HMLR registration and requisitions.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively with excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with using legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
