Job description

Meta is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our Central Integrity & Support Organization. The ideal candidate will contribute both strategically and practically to foster an innovative community within our teams. They should bring creative solutions to a complex, high-visibility organization.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement targeted solutions focusing on scale and growth, including strategic planning, talent assessment, change management, and team building.
2. Provide strategic partnership, thought leadership, and coaching across all organizational levels.
3. Assess team, managerial, and organizational needs proactively; recommend and implement suitable solutions.
4. Deliver data analysis and reporting aligned with business requirements.
5. Drive talent management strategies to support team growth and individual development.
6. Manage the Performance Summary Cycle throughout the year.
7. Collaborate with HR teams in Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to scale solutions.
8. Coordinate with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
9. Support employee relations issues in partnership with Employee Relations Partners.
10. Design and facilitate team and offsite meetings as needed.
11. Lead and participate in HR projects as part of the extended HR team.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 10+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
2. Experience supporting global or highly matrixed organizations at scale.
3. Strong judgment and risk assessment skills.
4. Proficiency in consulting, coaching, and facilitation.
5. Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
6. Empathy and experience in community-building initiatives.
7. Proven project and change management experience.
8. Ability to analyze data for insights and action.
9. Experience thriving in dynamic environments and building cross-team relationships.
10. Strategic problem-solving and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or higher.
