Social Network Login/Join Platform

CRM and Social Media Manager - Required for this luxury tour operator based in central London. Home-based or hybrid work arrangements are acceptable. Experience in CRM and Social Media Management within the travel sector, ideally from a similar operator, is essential. This role offers a great opportunity for a Senior CRM executive seeking a step up or a CRM Manager desiring more control over social media strategy. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000 plus a great bonus and benefits.

CRM and Social Media Manager Duties
  • Manage the company's email marketing program and social media activity.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing in a standalone position.
  • Define and develop the organic social media content strategy.
Skills Required
  • Experience in CRM and social media management within travel, preferably for a luxury travel company, or a senior executive looking to step up.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Zoho, Hootsuite, GA4, and Meta platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
