About The Job

We’re seeking a creative, commercially-minded Influencer and Partnerships Manager to enhance our acquisition strategy through influencer marketing, brand collaborations, and sponsorships. You will work within the Growth team, bridging performance marketing and creative storytelling, identifying scalable growth opportunities with influencer and brand partnerships that connect with our audience. A deep understanding of the UK creator economy, testing new formats, and driving measurable campaign results are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and manage full-funnel influencer campaigns focused on performance metrics like CAC & LTV.
  • Source and secure paid and earned influencers aligned with campaign goals.
  • Coordinate shoots with influencers, managing briefing, logistics, and approvals.
  • Create compelling influencer briefs that translate campaign messaging into high-converting content.
  • Report on influencer impact using analytics, sharing insights on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Experiment with platforms/formats (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) to find scalable content and audience opportunities.

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with UK brands/events to reach new audiences.
  • Negotiate and manage co-branded activations, including rewards and product placements.
  • Develop joint growth initiatives (e.g., referral swaps, email collaborations) tied to acquisition goals.
  • Coordinate with Growth and Brand teams to align partnerships with campaign calendars.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and CRM teams to repurpose content for performance channels.
  • Provide insights to shape creative and ad strategies.
  • Own performance metrics across channels, optimizing for CAC and revenue contribution.
  • Ensure campaigns are conversion-focused and support broader growth objectives.

Relationship & Community Management

  • Build and nurture long-term influencer relationships for authentic content partnerships.
  • Maintain an influencer CRM tracking contracts, rights, and performance.
  • Represent Omaze UK’s mission in all external interactions.

Insights & Reporting

  • Deliver post-campaign analysis with attribution, learnings, and next steps.
  • Stay updated on creator and influencer trends to keep Omaze UK innovative.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of the UK influencer landscape, able to identify talent aligned with Omaze’s mission.
  • Performance-driven mindset with experience optimizing metrics like CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, logistics, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to build long-term creator relationships for authentic content.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Aspire, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and tracking tools.
  • Understanding of high-growth, performance-driven environments and influencer marketing’s role in acquisition.
  • [Ideally] Experience developing brand partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.
