Job Title: Manager, Sales

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team in the role of Manager, Sales. The role can be based in Kent, Surrey, or Sussex, operating under a hybrid working model, with regular travel across the South East Region.

This role's primary responsibility is to identify, negotiate, and develop client relationships to drive revenue, focusing mainly on sales opportunities for our Trade Finance product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and strengthen business relationships, ensuring fair outcomes for all customers.
  2. Communicate new products, propositions, and market information to customers.
  3. Proactively identify and develop sales opportunities.
  4. Support plans to generate new business and achieve asset growth, sales, or revenue targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Participate in events and initiatives to develop business opportunities.
  7. Maintain the bank's reputation and ensure an acceptable risk profile through credit and customer due diligence.
  8. Ensure the fair treatment of customers in all activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Trade Finance.
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitive environment, and regulations.
  • Understanding of Financial Crime Risk and Credit Risk mitigation techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interact with senior and strategic business customers.
