This is an exciting opportunity for a band 5 Nurse to join the Trafford Early Intervention In Psychosis service based at Crossgate House in Sale . We work with individuals between the age of 14-35 years with a First Episode Psychosis and those with an at risk mental state.
We are a very welcoming, dedicated and experienced team . We offer a range of psychological therapies/ psychosocial interventions and have a comprehensive training programme across the directorate. We work closely with service users and families, offering both behavioural therapy and family interventions. We value service user involvement and encourage participation in service development.
We require a highly motivated and committed individual with a genuine passion for providing evidence based recovery interventions to people experiencing a first episode Psychosis.
The Post Holder will aim to reduce the impact of psychosis and ensure that the individual remains actively involved in life with a focus on living an ordinary life and to achieve personal recovery.
