St Helens Recovery team is looking to recruit a Band 5 Duty Nurse Practitioner on a full-time, permanent basis. We are a supportive, well-resourced, and dedicated team with opportunities for professional development. You will work alongside the senior duty practitioner within the team.
We seek a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with our multidisciplinary team. A special interest in risk management or crisis intervention is desirable, and full induction and training will be provided.
This role offers opportunities for personal and professional development, with regular clinical supervision and support.
The post holder will support the duty senior nurse practitioner and contribute to maintaining standards, including needs assessment and care delivery within Effective Care Coordination.
You will work within an integrated team to ensure continuity of care for service users, primarily in the community but with flexibility to work in various settings.
