Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Deal directly with clients, customs, and agents to ensure the quickest and most efficient movement of cargo worldwide.
2. Prepare documents necessary for export, import, and customs clearance processes.
3. Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery.
4. Populate proper billing and cost information in TMF for accurate invoicing and job costing.
5. Communicate with customers regarding freight disposition, including tracking, routing, dispatching, and rate quotations.
6. Coordinate with other company branches and agents to ensure customer satisfaction and excellent service.
7. Seek the most profitable shipment mode while meeting customer requirements.
8. Adhere to KPIs such as DNI, LNR, cost accuracy, and ROTP.
9. Ensure compliance with company and industry policies.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Duties

• Possess strong knowledge of rules, regulations, governance, and documentation for imports and exports.
• Maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements

• Talking, hearing, and using hands for operating a computer and other components.
• Sitting for extended periods.
• Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight.
