Are you an experienced property management professional ready for your next big opportunity? Our client— a progressive and fast-growing leader in the property management industry—is seeking a dedicated Senior Property Manager to join their successful team in the South of Edinburgh.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service to step into a rewarding and influential role.

What You Can Expect:

  • Salary: £35,000 per year plus performance-based bonus
  • Positive Work Culture: Weekly office lunches, monthly half-days, and quarterly KPI bonuses
  • Working Hours: Full-time, office-based, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of residential property operations, including inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Proactively resolve issues and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor performance, and generate financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle lease disputes, evictions, and other legal matters.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property management, including leases and maintenance coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Scottish housing regulations and legal procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and analyse performance.
  • Confident leadership with the ability to motivate and develop others.
  • Proficiency in property management software and the Google Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
