Job Description:

What are we looking for?
We seek a proactive European Management Accountant to join our finance team at Loma Systems' headquarters in Farnborough. This role manages accounting and financial reporting for our Dutch, French, and German units.

What will you be doing?

• Managing accounting activities, including month-end closing and reporting.
• Handling budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Processing commissions accruals.
• Reviewing employee expenses and payment runs.
• Managing VAT and statutory filings.
• Conducting stock analysis, including obsolescence management.
• Reconciliation of balance sheets and bank accounts.
• Assisting with business unit audits.
• Performing other finance and accounting duties as required.

What do we need from you?

• Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
• Experience: Post-qualification management accounting experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and data interpretation skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present financial data clearly.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
