Management Accountant - Brighton, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role involves working closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support financial forecasts, delivering timely and accurate reporting, and providing analysis of financial results to support decision-making. It also includes assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

1. Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis for effective decision-making.
2. Assist in developing financial forecasts and report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
3. Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
4. Manage 2 direct reports.
5. Conduct area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
