What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading 25 high-level software engineers
• Driving R&D and rapid innovation
• Maintaining a hands-off leadership approach but being involved in code reviews occasionally, requiring a software engineering background

What You’ll Bring:

• Ideally a background in .NET development
• Strong educational background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or similar
• Strong product knowledge
• Interest and experience in building scalable, secure applications
• Strong cloud expertise
