  • Strategic planning & transformation initiatives

  • Supporting an ambitious recruitment and resourcing strategy.
  • Driving performance, quality, consistency & delivery excellence.

  • Supporting the Engineering Director to manage operations, risk and growth.
  • Championing sustainability, health & safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Representing the @one Alliance within the sector and beyond.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Project & change management experience (qualification desirable)
  • Proven leadership in engineering, operations, and transformation
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and empower others
  • Strong experience in improving performance through innovation
  • Passion for sustainability, safety and creating long-term impact
