A boutique hedge fund managing billions seeks an Operations Analyst to support 6/7 traders. The firm has demonstrated consistent performance over recent years and is looking to add an analyst to assist with daily operations.

The boutique environment offers close collaboration with all fund members. Key responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring trading systems and maintaining accurate data through end-of-day trade reconciliation.
2. Overseeing cash and collateral management.
3. Performing daily cash and position reconciliations.
4. Conducting daily P&L reconciliations.
5. Monitoring, reconciling, and reporting daily risk management metrics.
6. Producing daily and monthly NAVs and reconciling with the fund administrator.
7. Managing asset and share class hedging strategies.
8. Serving as the primary contact for operational issue resolution.
9. Maintaining strong relationships with custodians and fund administrators.
10. Monitoring operational and counterparty risks.
11. Providing daily backup and operational support to the investment team.
