Position Summary
The Fund Management (FM) Team manages the operations of Carlyle's investment funds, collaborating with the Deal Team on valuations, portfolio reviews, and transactions while working with Fund Heads and MDs to optimize fund performance. As a Fund Management Manager at Carlyle Europe Partners (CEP), you will be responsible for financial oversight, compliance, and operational efficiency to ensure seamless fund execution and investor reporting. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving process improvements and supporting fund performance without direct investment decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio valuations, financial forecasting, and strategic analysis to support fund performance.
- Oversee capital calls, distributions, and liquidity planning, ensuring seamless fund operations.
- Act as a key player in fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence, delivering high-quality insights and data management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management, liaising with legal and compliance teams.
- Drive budgeting, performance tracking, and process improvements to enhance fund efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize fund structures, transaction execution, and reporting workflows.

- Financial & Operational Acumen: Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, compliance, and reporting.
- Risk Management: Expertise in mitigating financial and operational risks within investment portfolios.

What You Bring- 5-7 years' experience in fund management or finance.
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CFA preferred.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
