The Role

The firm seeks to hire a Corporate Commercial Senior Partner for their expanding City of London office.

The client base is growing and diverse, spanning various industry sectors with exciting companies. You will be at the forefront of this department, handling a broad range of work.

The Corporate and Commercial work is currently managed by two Partners but is not their primary focus, and they are very busy.

The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Commercial Partner to lead the department, handle existing clients, and contribute to business development. You will have support from Associates and support staff.

Your caseload will include company sales and purchases, Articles of Association, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and limited liability agreements.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit; experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• You should be ambitious and dynamic, eager to be at the forefront of an exciting venture.
• You should possess strong technical knowledge.
