The Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their thriving West End practice. The successful candidate will handle high-quality, complex cases, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Joint Ventures, Restructuring, Insolvency, Competition, Flotations, and other complex matters.

With a turnover of approximately £694 million in deals in 2020, the firm handles significant transactions and is committed to investing in its staff for long-term career progression. There is a genuine opportunity for growth within the firm.
