• The firm handles a broad array of clients, ranging from sole traders to large public companies, and institutions such as schools, academies, charities, and medical practices. They pride themselves on delivering bespoke services, with much work originating from referral caseloads.
• Likely joining at Senior Solicitor or Partner level, you will work alongside commercially minded solicitors with extensive experience in commercial and corporate law. You will handle caseloads involving commercial contracts, distribution agreements, business sales, acquisitions, and mergers.
  You will manage caseloads of varying size, complexity, and value, working closely within a team but also thinking independently. Ambition and technical knowledge are essential.

The ideal candidate:

• You will be a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with experience in commercial and/or corporate law, likely 5+ years PQE, currently at a Senior Associate or Partner level.
• You will have a strong focus on career development.
• You will be ambitious, dynamic, and knowledgeable.
