Seeking a Corporate Commercial Partner for their flagship London West End office due to department growth. You will collaborate with existing partners, mentor junior staff, and drive business development. The caseload includes M&A, joint ventures, contracts, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and licensing, acting for entrepreneurs, directors, companies, LLPs, PLCs, and multinationals.
