Essential Responsibilities

• Handle and assemble centrifugal pumps (vertical and horizontal types).
• Use and read measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.
• Maintain inspection records as received.
• Perform pump installation, driver to pump alignment, base plate marking, drilling & tapping, and piping assembly.
• Dismantle, inspect, and provide repair recommendations for various centrifugal pumps.
• Occasionally assist with field service activities at customer locations.
• Collaborate with QA to develop service and repair procedures (if required).
• Possess technical and product knowledge to assist customers with their requirements.

Position Requirements

Experience: 5 years minimum in rotating equipment, preferably pumps.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret international standards, customer specifications, and technical procedures.
• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of pump technology.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks individually and within groups.
• Knowledge of the corrective action process.
• Hands-on experience in service, repair, and overhaul.
• Capable of executing duties with limited supervision.
