London-based, with regular on-site presence across our venues (Open House London Group, Boxcar Group & The Italian Greyhound)
Do you live and breathe hospitality? Are you a creative powerhouse who thrives on storytelling, strategy, and social engagement? We're looking for a Head of Content Creation to lead and deliver outstanding, on-brand content across our growing hospitality group.
This is an exciting opportunity to own and elevate our content output across multiple platforms and brands – from big-picture content strategy to getting stuck in on the ground, camera in hand, capturing moments worth sharing.
The Role
As our Head of Content Creation, you'll shape how our brands speak and show up across social media, websites, newsletters, paid campaigns, and more. You’ll oversee all aspects of content development – from ideation and strategy to production and publishing – with a strong emphasis on storytelling, performance, and authenticity.
You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, people, and senior leadership teams, and act as a key voice and creative driver of our brand identity. Whether crafting SEO-optimised blogs, directing video shoots, or supporting our digital learning content, you’ll be bringing our stories to life in a dynamic, people-first environment.
