1. Lead the site team in delivering a safety-first culture.
2. Drive safety compliance through the effective implementation of the facility Health & Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and Quality Manual in line with associated accreditations.
3. Ensure safety, predictability, reliability, and availability are prioritized in all decisions.
4. Take ownership of the site's Profit & Loss, prepare an annual budget, and manage expenditures.

Requirements

1. Extensive people management experience within a large technical department or region at a senior level is essential.
2. Knowledge and experience from a power, O&G, biomass, or energy/waste background is essential.
3. Power generation experience.
