We are recruiting an experienced supervisor passionate about exceptional food and customer service, capable of supporting our manager in catering and service operations for Restaurant Associates on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

As a Hospitality & Fine Dining Supervisor, you will ensure our kitchens and service counters operate smoothly and help deliver outstanding food experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Liaising between the team and manager to ensure expectations are exceeded
• Motivating the team to stay on task
• Assisting with managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans
• Managing tills and processing payments
• Supporting and training team members, leading by example
• Handling paperwork when needed
