Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CountryManager – Italy to join our Management Team, driving the company’sgrowth and operations within the Italian market. In this keyleadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executingthe local business strategy while aligning with our global vision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Market Strategy & Business Growth

• Defineand execute the local market strategy, ensuring alignment with globalobjectives.
• Continuously monitor competitive positioning,market trends, and regulatory changes, adapting strategy and tacticsaccordingly.
• Develop and oversee the commercial and productoffering for the Italian market to drive growth and marketpenetration.

Marketing & BrandDevelopment

• Work with marketing teams to define andimplement a marketing and brand strategy with an optimal mediamix to maximize player acquisition while ensuring a healthy ROI.
• Expand market reach through affiliate partnershipsand strategic distribution initiatives.
• Oversee allabove-the-line marketing activities and manage commercial andcontractual relationships with local media, PR, and creativeagencies .
• Develop and implement operational andtactical plans in collaboration with Central Service Departments,ensuring strong financial controls and adherence toperformance standards.
• Manage annual budget planning,monthly business reviews, and revenue forecasting , optimizingfinancial performance.
• Monitor and analyze financialresults against business plans, adjusting strategies as neededand reporting to Senior Management .

Data-Driven Decision Making & Product Optimization

• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team togain insights into player behaviour and market-specific trends,ensuring continuous strategy refinement.
• Work closely withthe Product team to enhance the full player journey,implementing continuous improvement initiatives that driveacquisition, conversion, onboarding, retention, and player lifetimevalue .
• Provide strategic leadership anddirection to cross-functional teams , ensuring alignment acrossdepartments.
• Work with all stakeholders to optimizesynergies and drive efficiency.
• Establish and overseeadditional market-specific operational processes, reporting, andanalytics to support decision-making.

Person Specifications:

• Experience in a similar senior leadership role ideally asa Country Manager for Italy market within the iGaming/ Online CasinoIndustry.
• Deep expertise and proven experiencein navigating and operating within the Italian market, includingregulatory compliance;
• Strong analytical skills with theability to interpret data, take swift action, and drive change to meetgoals and targets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills, with experience working with regulators,affiliates, and business partners
• Deep commercial acumen witha strategic mindset.
• Skilled in building, fostering, andmaintaining highly productive working relationships.
• Aproactive leader who leads by example and takes initiative.
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Proficient in Italian and English with excellentcommunication skills.
