Responsibilities:
As our Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the office! Your primary mission will be to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and deliveries.
  • Keep all areas of the office, including the stock room, clean and tidy at all times.
  • Prepare for meetings and provide refreshments as required.
  • Manage all office supplies, including food and stationery.
  • Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee Slack/Kisi and Gett accounts.
  • Support the Finance Director with IT management.
  • Manage gifts for staff and clients.
  • Provide ad hoc support for Columns/Directors.
  • Manage budgets for office supplies, calendar events, and Tuesday breakfast.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and monthly agency meetings.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office management software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Previous experience in an office management role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of PR industry practises is a plus.
  • Experience with HR systems such as Bright HR.
  • Familiarity with budget management and finance processes.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Technologies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Slack, Kisi, Gett, and other office management tools.
