Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor

This top law firm is seeking a defendant personal injury solicitor to join their Birmingham office. The firm is recognized as a leading legal employer, ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers, and is expanding its insurance department.

Working in a busy department, the team acts for clients across the private and public sectors, defending public and employers liability claims.

You will be responsible for managing your cases, including liaising with clients, opponents, courts, witnesses, and undertaking liability investigations. The caseload primarily involves EL, PL, and highways work, with some housing disrepair and property damage cases.

Applicants should have previous experience managing EL/PL casualty claims.
