Join our team and become an expert advisor—an inspiration and guide for our customers. Your role will involve understanding each customer and their home improvement projects, with responsibilities including sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and maintaining an attractive store appearance. You will have opportunities for training in paint-mixing and timber cutting, but delivering excellent customer service is your primary goal.
We are looking for someone who is eager to help, willing to learn, and passionate about home improvement. You should be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy assisting others. Comfort with new technology and innovative work methods is important. You must be a team player and flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
