Job Description:

Team and Role Overview

This role is within the Marketing and Business Development team, focusing on supporting our Partners and lawyers in winning business and delivering excellent client service. We aim to showcase our firm's premium quality and innovative approach, investing in marketing activities that create new opportunities for talented professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage live webinars: setup, rehearsals, approval of registrants, polls, surveys, support presenters, and generate reports. No on-screen presence required.
  2. Post-event data management adhering to GDPR, including uploading attendee data into the firm's contact database.
  3. Gather and analyze post-event feedback for webinars and other events.
  4. Administer the events team inbox and maintain the internal and external events calendar.
  5. Coordinate with PAs, Business Development, and external suppliers for physical events, including venue sourcing and logistics.
  6. Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate with management.
  7. Keep internal clients informed about event planning and delivery.
  8. Promote best practices for online and in-person events.
  9. Escalate complex requests or technical issues to senior event staff.
  10. Create and send invitations via e-marketing platforms.
  11. Support marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 1-2 years' experience in events support.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, approachable.
  • Effective communicator with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with webinar and email marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Interest or experience in supporting or managing events.
  • Strong team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
