You will be working directly with me. My name is Georgie, and I am a Senior Managing Consultant here at LTT. I joined the team 18 months ago, and in that short time, I have developed a successful desk. As the business grows, I need a partner to help accelerate this growth. You will be resourcing candidates to work in schools across South Gloucester, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, and Bath.

Main Responsibilities

The role of a Resourcer is essential to the recruitment process. Responsibilities include writing adverts, screening candidates for suitability, conducting interviews, and creating marketing materials. You will also check in with candidates, answering questions about compliance or the process.

A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to accurately input information and figures, work quickly and efficiently, and communicate effectively with myself and other members of the LTT team. Since you will be speaking with candidates, it is vital that you communicate effectively and demonstrate professionalism and empathy.
