Job Description

Culina Logistics has a new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team. The Customer Service Administrator will support the day-to-day administration of Customer Services, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment, providing a continuous professional and dedicated service.

Salary: £26,035.50 per annum.

Working hours: Various daytime shifts, 06:00 - 18:00

Key Duties of a Customer Service Administrator
  1. Answering calls for both internal and external personnel.
  2. Problem solving for clients, customers, and internal departments.
  3. Meeting customer and client expectations.
  4. Resolving customer and client queries.
  5. Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting.
  6. Maintaining a high level of customer/client focus.
  7. Providing various reports for clients in a timely manner.
  8. Checking PODs have cleared on the system, investigating, and clearing down unallocated PODs.
  9. Chasing outstanding PODs from hauliers, depots, etc.
  10. Ensuring the completion and circulation of reports to relevant stakeholders.
  11. Performing other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications
  • Flexibility is essential as shift patterns may change based on business needs.
  • Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good geographical knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver accurate information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conscientious and reliable with an adaptable attitude.
