About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to enhance our social presence, develop our tone of voice, create engaging content, and support strategic initiatives. You will be involved in planning, execution, community engagement, and turning followers into advocates.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Managing social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and X
2. Creating engaging, on-brand copy and scheduling posts
3. Monitoring social media trends and sharing innovative ideas
4. Engaging with the community by responding to comments and messages
5. Planning social media calendars and campaigns
6. Collaborating with designers and content creators
7. Tracking performance, analyzing reports, and identifying improvements
8. Supporting reactive content ideas and competitor analysis

What You'll Need

1. 6–12 months of social media experience (internship, freelance, or managing your own content)
2. Interest in social-first content and trend-spotting skills
3. Ability to write concise, platform-appropriate copy
4. Proactive mindset and idea contribution
5. Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout, Meta Business Manager)
6. Interest in analytics and performance tracking
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
