The Role:
Creative and data-driven Digital Content Manager to lead the planning and optimisation of digital content across our website; customised by country/region where applicable. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping our brand storytelling, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial goals through aligning different business and creative teams towards commercial goals that aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer trends.
You will build and publish all digital store and non-store content pages including homepages, landing pages and customer-facing information. Actively engaging with Marketing and Merchandising to create briefs on seasonal Product Marketing Strategy through identifying commercial priorities and requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the weekly visual content strategy for the global Mulberry digital presence, with a sharp focus on driving sales and tailoring experiences by region, market, and customer segment.
- Manage and collaborate with the Digital Content Executive to strategically brief the Digital Design Team on asset needs, ensuring seamless customer journey flows across platforms.
- Present and advocate proposed site content and page layouts to key stakeholders, securing alignment and timely approvals for go-live.
- Champion alignment between Mulberry.com content updates and broader Digital Marketing and Communications initiatives to deliver a cohesive brand narrative.
- Own the end-to-end build and deployment of digital store and non-store content, including homepages, landing pages, category banners, content blocks, PDP modules, and customer-facing informational pages.
- Partner with the Digital Trading team to analyse trading behaviour across regions, product categories, and SKU-level performance; surface insights and proactively recommend content optimizations to boost commercial performance. Report key actionable insights and learning on a weekly and monthly basis to all stakeholders.
- Manage and integrate localized and translated content to strengthen regional strategies and enhance global relevance.
- Communicate and align the M.com visual content plan with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in product storytelling and campaign execution.

Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 4 years’ experience of building content plans and publishing of site content.
- Commercial acumen, ideally with experience working with a trading/ecommerce team.
- Confident reviewing site usage and user experience using Content Square and GA4
- Working with the wider Digital Trading and Digital Marketing Team, including support for day-to-day requirements to maximize trade.
- Manage or assist with ad-hoc projects that arise within the Digital Trading, Digital Content & Image Team.
