Sustainability has been part of the Mulberry ethos since the brand's inception. In 2024, we proudly achieved B Corp Certification, reflecting our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Today, we are a global brand, but our values remain the same; we are committed to improving our impact on people and the planet. If these values resonate with you, we invite you to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Content Manager to lead the planning and optimisation of digital content across our website, customised by country/region where applicable. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand storytelling, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial goals by aligning different business and creative teams with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and execution of the weekly visual content strategy for Mulberry's digital presence, focusing on driving sales and tailoring experiences by region, market, and customer segment.
  2. Manage and collaborate with the Digital Content Executive to brief the Digital Design Team on asset needs, ensuring seamless customer journey flows across platforms.
  3. Present and advocate site content and page layouts to stakeholders, securing alignment and approvals for go-live.
  4. Align content updates with broader Digital Marketing and Communications initiatives to maintain a cohesive brand narrative.
  5. Oversee the build and deployment of digital store and non-store content, including homepages, landing pages, banners, content blocks, PDP modules, and informational pages.
  6. Partner with the Digital Trading team to analyse trading behaviour and performance, surface insights, and recommend content optimizations to enhance commercial performance.
  7. Manage localized and translated content to strengthen regional strategies and global relevance.
  8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in product storytelling and campaign execution.
Culture & Sustainability

Embrace Mulberry’s values of honesty, dynamism, and community spirit. Support an inclusive culture that values diversity, equity, and respect. As a B Corp, incorporate environmentally responsible practices and promote sustainability initiatives within your work and community.

Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in content planning and site content publishing.
  • Commercial acumen, preferably with e-commerce experience.
