Role and Responsibilities:
  • Lead SaaS solution implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Understand client business processes and advise on software solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation within scope, time, and budget.
  • Conduct training and workshops; provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams for feedback and improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Assist in creating documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot issues during implementation; coordinate with support teams for resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services and products.
  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and gather client feedback.
Skills and Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years in professional services, consulting, or implementation roles.
  • Telecom experience preferred, especially within SaaS or tech companies.
  • Strong technical skills in system configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and BI integrations.
  • Proven project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud technologies, and best practices in software implementation.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed; load testing experience preferred.
